A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
I have ALWAYS been combining pictures, memorabilia, and written word to create scrapbooks and framed memoirs. I love being surrounded by beautiful images and the faces of those I love. My photography truly blossomed when my eldest daughter was born. I had to put my paints far away from little hands and found my creative outlet through my camera. I moved from point and shoot, to slr – and ever so hesitantly to digital. I am now in love with my digital Nikons, combined with some magic in Photoshop – and I am able to capture every nuance of our lives. Photography has been a source of creativity, decor, gifts and income. I will regularly post photographs – new and old; sharing the memories they evoke, or the fun techniques I used.
