Our bags are packed and we are heading out to sail the Caribbean through the holidays.
The most joyous event of the morning was turning off the alarm on my phone – I don’t plan to see 5:00 am for the next seven days.
For all of you who stop in here regularly, I thank you for keeping up with our adventures and wish you and your families a holiday season filled with loved ones, peace and the promise of happiness and good health in 2013.
If you are visiting for the first time, welcome. This is our blog of stories, travels, photos and recipes.
The headings across this page lead you to specific topics (ABOUT – Motherhood, Marriage, and life in general. CAPTURE – photography. CELEBRATE – holidays and birthdays. CREATE – paintings and projects. EAT – recipes and restaurant and product reviews. EXPLORE – travels. HEAL – living with chronic illness. RUN – training and racing and supporting. SERVE – our military life.)
The Archives, listed to the right, will take you through my posts chronologically.
I look forward to being in touch in 2013 – plan to hear from me often, as Santa brought a brand new laptop just for the big kids in the family (lucky me!) and with a variety of travels, an upcoming move and my 4 kiddos, I doubt that I will ever be at a loss for words.
Happy, happy holidays!
Jackie

No fraternizing with the Pirates; if you ignore them, perhaps they’ll ignore you folks. Enjoy the Caribbean; can’t wait for photos and adventure notes. Merry Christmas.
